MASTER CERTIFICATION, NEUROLINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING
A Master Certification is the highest level of certification available.
NLP is used at the core of Diana’s Empowerment Coaching - dealing with the past, cleaning up the present, all with a perspective on creating an empowered future.
With NLP, deep work with core topics such as self esteem, self love, imposter syndrome, perfectionism and many other repeated disempowered patterns commonly seen in women can be done in a structured way, with ease. NLP techniques are used for resolving significant emotional events in the past and negative emotions such as fear, phobias, anxiety, anger, and sadness. A heavy focus on increasing positive emotions, motivation and optimism while working through deep-rooted habits and limiting beliefs is standard in Empowered.
CERTIFIED SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE COACH
Equipped with the training to help promote emotional awareness (with self, with others, in social settings, etc.), social intelligence, communication skills and stress management. Combined, helping to set women up for success.
CERTIFIED MOTIVATIONAL COACH
Goal setting in a way that lights up the neuro-pathways and can rewire the brain to set women up for success. When combined with tools to change unwanted behavior and for strategic thinking and mindset, women are set up for success beyond completion of Empowered.
